She moved to Rome as a teenager with her parents and for that young girl, it was love at first sight.

Her love affair with Italy has endured her entire life and in 2022, she decided to share her extensive knowledge and love of the Italian culture, language, lifestyle and home restoration/renovation with the world, to assist others on their journey to achieve their dreams.

She has owned, renovated, built, or restored 14 properties to date, in 3 different countries, including many homes across Australia, 2 homes in France and now 2 properties in Italy (with a 3rd in the pipeline).
She therefore knows and loves the process of buying, restoring and selling homes in diverse locations.

Marisa has decades of experience in Marketing, Sales, the Travel & International Hospitality industries, as well as running small businesses in several countries.

She is an Award winning and Best Selling author in the genre of Autobiographical works and has freelanced as a photo-journalist both in France and Australia.

Hence, from this deep passion for travel, architecture, creativity, home restorations and being of service to others, was born, Residenza Toscana, her Property Finding and Consultancy business.
