That means offering diverse options to suit each client's needs and budget.

That's why we have created 3 packages, leaving the choice up to you.

We will also consider "Tailor Made" Packages when more personal assistance is required - please ask us about this option.

CHOOSE A PACKAGE TO SUIT YOU

HOME FINDER PACKAGE

  • Your own personal Home Finder to research and find your property (This process must be complete within a 6month period from time of invoicing) 

  • Walk through videos of properties or accompanied visits whenever possible. 

  • All correspondence and translations with the agent or vendor until offer has been accepted and deposit time is reached. (Property must be found within a 12 month period from start of contract - please read our Terms and Conditions below) 

  • PACKAGE PRICE EURO 2250

A TO Z SETTLEMENT PACKAGE 

  • Includes the above "Home Finder package" services PLUS the following additions:

  • Negotiations with vendor or agent until acceptance of offer has been reached and official deposit has been paid. 

  • All correspondence, documents requirements, communications with your Geometra and Notary until settlement date. 

  • You are "hand held" throughout the entire procedure leading up to settlement date. (Settlement must happen within a 12 month period of start of contract)

  • Please note: does not include any taxes, fees or commissions charged by 3rd parties leading up to, or including the Settlement Day procedures.

  • PACKAGE PRICE  EURO 3500

CONCIERGE PACKAGE 

  • Includes all services provided in the above Packages 1 & 2 (as above) 

  • PLUS...

  • Assistance with connections to Utility companies via our private Utilities Broker (Gas and Power only), Internet services, Home Insurance.

  • We can connect you with Property Managers for your rental needs, should you so require. 

  • POA - Price on application. Please arrange a call with me so I can tailor this package to suit your needs.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS : 

All of our HOUSE HUNTERS ITALY/ RESIDENZA TOSCANA service packages are valid for a duration of 12 months ONLY from the time of payment.

All unused portions of the services packages are NON REFUNDABLE in the case that the client has a "change of heart" or does not purchase a home within the 12 month period. *Exemptions may apply.
